3 Phase Squat Progression 3 Months After Total Knee Replacement Surgery

I have written an article on what to expect 3 months after total knee replacement surgery. One section of that article discusses exercises 3 months after knee replacement. In this video, I am explaining how a simple exercise like the squat might progress from a sit-to-stand to a supported (hands on the counter) to an unsupported bodyweight squat. Every patient is different and while this might be considered a standard progression it does not mean that every patient should perform this progression within this timeframe.
