These are my 3 favorite exercises for bunions and other degenerative conditions of the foot. The first is to raise the first toe while pressing the other toes down. Then raise the 4 smaller toes while raising the great toe up. Then spread the 5 toes. You may experience a cramping sensation in the arch of your foot.
